<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Introduction</h2>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredients</h2>

<ul>
<li>Glass noodles (about the size of a 500 won coin)</li>

<li>1/4 carrot</li>

<li>2 shiitake mushrooms</li>

<li>1/2 onion</li>

<li>2 sheets of Busan fish cake</li>

<li>4 tablespoons of sesame oil</li>

<li>A sprinkle of sesame seeds</li>

<li>10 stalks of chives</li>
</ul>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Japchae Sauce</h3>

<ul>
<li>4 tablespoons of soy sauce</li>

<li>1 tablespoon of sugar</li>

<li>1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic</li>
</ul>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img decoding="async" width="1024" height="1024" src="https://koreabuzz.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/image-30.png" alt="" class="wp-image-338" srcset="https://koreabuzz.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/image-30.png 1024w, https://koreabuzz.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/image-30-300x300.png 300w, https://koreabuzz.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/image-30-150x150.png 150w, https://koreabuzz.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/image-30-768x768.png 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Preparation Method</h2>

<ul>
<li><strong>Prepare Noodles</strong>: Soak the glass noodles in water. If short on time, boiling them is fine.</li>
</ul>

<p> <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" width="1024" height="764" class="wp-image-339" src="https://koreabuzz.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/image-31-1024x764.png" alt="" srcset="https://koreabuzz.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/image-31-1024x764.png 1024w, https://koreabuzz.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/image-31-300x224.png 300w, https://koreabuzz.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/image-31-768x573.png 768w, https://koreabuzz.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/image-31.png 1408w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure> </p>

<ul>
<li><strong>Prepare Ingredients</strong>: Slice the carrot, shiitake mushrooms, onion, and fish cake into appropriate sizes. For a more decorative dish, add mushrooms or bell peppers.</li>

<li><strong>Prepare Meat</strong>: Season the pork for Japchae with salt and pepper.</li>

<li><strong>Stir-fry</strong>: Stir-fry all the ingredients. Add a bit of salt for the base seasoning.</li>

<li><strong>Make the Sauce</strong>: Mix soy sauce, sugar, and garlic to make the Japchae sauce.</li>

<li><strong>Cooking</strong>: Put all the ingredients in a large pan, including the boiled noodles. Do not use heat yet. Gradually add the sauce and adjust the seasoning.</li>

<li><strong>Final Touch</strong>: Once everything is well-stirred, drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds. If you have chives, add them at the end and stir-fry.</li>
