- Minced garlic: 1/2 tablespoon
Instructions
- Prepare a broth using dried anchovies, kelp, onion, green onion, and radish. For a richer flavor, add radish, green onion, and onion to the anchovy and kelp broth.
- Bring the water to a boil, remove the kelp, and continue boiling for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce for soup.
- Julienne the carrot and zucchini, and lightly fry them in a pan. You can add a bit of salt for seasoning.
